The lowest <br />bid was submitted by Sequel Contractors, Inc., for $4,522,071, which is <br />below the Engineer's estimate of $5,400,000. <br /> <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT <br /> <br />An Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for the Bristol Corridor from <br />Warner to Memory Lane was approved by the City Council in 1990. This was <br />followed by a reevaluation of the EIS for the Pine to Third segment in <br />2003. <br /> <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br /> <br />The funding analysis shows a total estimated construction cost of <br />$5,652,000 for the project (Exhibit 2). Funds are available in the <br />Select Street Construction Fund (account no. 59-551-6631), the TSIA Fund <br />(account no. 35-631-6631) and the Measure M Street Construction Fund <br />(account no. 32-551-6631). <br /> <br />238-2 <br />
