<br />AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT <br /> <br />THIS AMENDMENT, made and entered into this 1st day of July, 2008, by and between the Mercy <br />House - Cold Weather Armory Program, a California non-profit corporation ("Subrecipient"), and the <br />City of Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal corporation duly organized and existing under the <br />Constitution and laws of the State of California ("City"). <br /> <br />R.EC!IA1S <br /> <br />A. The City and Subrecipient entered into that certain "Agreement Between The City of Santa Ana and <br />Mercy House - Cold Weather Armory Program for Use of Emergency Shelter Grant Funds" ("ESG <br />Agreement" dated ,2008) to use $13,000.00 in ESG funding. <br /> <br />B. The parties hereto now desire to amend and increase the Grant Amount of the ESG Agreement. <br /> <br />WHEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual and respective covenants and promises hereinafter <br />contained and made, and subject to all of the terms and conditions of said ESG Agreement as hereby <br />amended, the parties hereto do hereby agree as follows: <br /> <br />1. The "Payment of Funds" section of said ESG Agreement will be increased by an <br />additional $7,245.00, for a total grant amount of $20,245.00. <br /> <br />2. Except as hereinabove modified, all of the terms and conditions of said ESG Agreement <br />remain unchanged and in full force and effect. <br /> <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Amendment to said ESG Agreement <br />the date and year first above written. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA <br /> <br />Patricia E.
