<br />EXHIBIT A-I <br /> <br />MEDICAL CENTER OF SANTA ANA shall provide comprehensive physical <br />evaluations and additional tests as necessary, for all Santa Ana Fire Department sworn <br />personnel as part of the annual wellness program, and for those Santa Ana Police <br />Department sworn personnel who choose Medical Center of Santa Ana to perform the <br />physical as part of the voluntary annual wellness program*, as follows: <br /> <br />Comprehensive Physical Evaluations that include: <br /> <br />· Review the results of the Santa Ana College fitness assessment <br />.
