INSURANCE NOT ON FILE <br />WORK MAY NOT PROCEED <br />CLERK OF COUNCIL <br />DATE: '3v o8 <br />FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT <br />N-2007-071-01 <br />THIS FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT is made and entered into this 22nd day of May, <br />2008 by and between the City of Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal corporation of the State <br />of California ("City") and Stephanie Black ("Consultant"). <br />RECITALS: <br />City and Consultant entered into Agreement N-2007-071, dated June 25, 2007, <br />hereinafter "said Agreement", by which Consultant provides instruction in creative <br />drawing to local children through the City's leisure class program. <br />2. In accordance with the terms and conditions of said Agreement, the parties wish to <br />renew the said Agreement for an additional one-year period and amend the Scope of <br />Services to reduce camp participation fees. <br />WHEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual and respective covenants contained in said <br />Agreement, and subject to all the terms and conditions of said Agreement, City and Consultant <br />agree as follows: <br />Section 1, SCOPE OF SERVICES, shall be amended by replacing Exhibit A, <br />attached to said Agreement, with Exhibit A-1, attached hereto. <br />2. Section 3, TERM, shall be amended to extend the term of said Agreement through <br />June 30, 2009. <br />3.
