CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES I TRAFFIC <br />KEY PERSONNEL <br />Kimley-Horn has a long history of achieving successful project <br />completion through a combination of effective project <br />management and technical expertise. We have carefully <br />selected a team of seven local professionals, supported by the <br />remainder of our 29-person Orange office. This team provides <br />a high level of responsiveness to the City's on -call needs, both <br />in terms of local understanding, and extensive technical <br />experience in the disciplines you require. <br />Each of these individuals is available and capable of serving as <br />Task Leader for the types of projects included in your RFQ. <br />All are experienced in performing and reviewing traffic impact <br />studies and parking studies. Most have served municipal clients <br />in an on -call capacity and worked on traffic and parking <br />studies. Several have project management experience. <br />We have identified Serine Ciandella to serve as our Project <br />Manager, the single point of contact for our project team with <br />City of Santa Ana staff. Serine's diverse experience with public <br />and private sector clients makes her an ideal choice to lead our <br />team and coordinate with City staff to meet the needs of this <br />assignment In addition, we have identified J.D. Douglas to <br />serve as Quality Control Manager for this team.
