B. The City attests that no unilateral reduction in through lanes has been <br />made on any MPAH arterials during Fiscal Years 2006-2007 and <br />2007-2008. <br />C. The City has adopted a uniform setback ordinance providing for the <br />preservation of rights-of-way consistent with the MPAH arterial highway <br />classification. <br />D. The City has adopted provisions for the limitation of access to arterial <br />highways in order to protect the integrity of the system. <br />Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption by <br />the City Council, and the Clerk of the Council shall attest to and certify the vote adopting <br />this Resolution. <br />ADOPTED this 7`" day of Jam, 2008. <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br />Joseph W.
