Our southern California offices <br />in Anaheim, Riverside, Ontario, Santa Barbara and San Diego are professionally staffed and <br />managed. These offices work independently or in tandem according to the technical <br />requirements for each assignment. Each office location is fully equipped offering specialized <br />staff capabilities. We are exceptionally proud of our local staff and their commitment to <br />providing high quality services in fields, which include environmental planning, biology, water <br />resources, geotechnical engineering, engineering geology, environmental assessment and <br />remediation design, and hydrogeology. Our expertise has been applied to: <br />Facilities - schools, churches, recreational, entertainment, seniors, and cultural <br />Redevelopment - infill development, application for zone change, land use <br />compatibility <br />Programs - Specific Plan, General Plan Update, General Plan Element Update, <br />General Plan Amendment, Annexation <br />Development - commercial, industrial, single -story tilt -ups, high -rise office, hotels, <br />residential, subdivisions <br />Mixed -user multiple -use high -rise development and parking structures <br />Contract work issued by the City will be completed at our Anaheim office located at 1290 <br />North Hancock Street, Suite 102, Anaheim, 92807. The office is located approximately 11 <br />miles from City Hall and will facilitate timely and efficient interaction and successful contract <br />performance. <br />Key Personnel <br />AMEC has staff and resources available to provide full -scope CEQA and NEPA services as <br />an extension of City staff. We currently provide our services to municipal agencies as well <br />as commercial and industrial clients. AMEC's environmental planners are supported by in- <br />house technical experts and licensed professionals. AMEC offers air quality and noise <br />impact assessment, engineering, infrastructure planning and transportation for CEQA/NEPA <br />compliance. We also .maintain relationships with local firms specializing in impact <br />assessment, mitigation and reporting for traffic, air quality and noise. Our in -house <br />capabilities and established relationships with other firms allow AMEC to provide our clients <br />with the highest quality work products. We are experts in CEQA/NEPA compliance and will <br />provide technical consulting support which is tailored for each individual assignment. <br />AMEC realizes that the success of a project relies on the team's capabilities and experience <br />with similar types of projects. AMEC's team not only includes experienced environmental <br />compliance personnel (primarily Ms. Lori E. Trotter, AICP) but also includes seasoned <br />professional engineers, resource specialists, and managers who have decades of combined <br />experience in environmental compliance for projects in southern California.
