GCE's technical staff has extensive and diversified experience in providing specialized environ- mental engineering and construction management services to our clients. We offer a range of general and highly specialized environmental services. Principals of the firm have been involved in the environmental and landfill gas industries for over 20 years. Our professional staff is comprised of civil, mechanical and electrical engineers/ -designers, geologists, hydrogeologists, environmental assessors, and field technicians with a wide range of experience. GCE's methane I and landfill gas control engineering and design, and operation and maintenance capabilities make us one of the most highly respected and qualified landfill gas (LFG) and naturally occurring gas consulting groups in the industry. GCE truly did "write the book" on Operations and Maintenance for LFG systems! The Solid Waste Association of North America (SWANA) selected GCE to prepare the Landfill Gas Manual of Practice (MOP), a comprehensive guide for landfill owner/operators. GCE personnel also participated with both the City of Los Angeles and Orange County to prepare the methane regulations for building development in gassy areas. GCE's office is in Anaheim, California.
