INSURANCE ON 'PA: <br />WORK MAY PRC%',EED <br />UNTIL INSURANC'- EXPIRES <br />CLERK OF COUNCIL <br />. <br />'Tr-. <br />G, rA, FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT <br />U11 THIS FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT <br />, is entered mto on July 7, 2008, <br />by and between AllCorp Partners Acquisition d/b /a AMX Environmental Evolution, Ltd., <br />a Texas Limited Partnership (hereinafter "AMX ") and the City of Santa Ana, a charter <br />city and municipal corporation of the State of California ( "City "). <br />RECITALS: <br />A. The parties entered into Agreement N- 2007 -085, dated July 1, 2007, (hereinafter <br />"said Agreement ") by which Consultant has provided perform hazardous materials <br />emergency response and remediation services. <br />B. In accordance with the terms and conditions of said Agreement, the parties wish to <br />add compensation to allow for uninterrupted services. <br />WHEREFORE, in consideration of the covenants contained in said Agreement, and <br />subject to all the terms and conditions of said Agreement, except those amended in this <br />First Amendment to Agreement, the parties agree as follows: <br />1. Section 2.b., COMPENSATION, shall be amended to increase compensation by <br />$35,000 for a total not to exceed amount of $60,000 during the term of said <br />Agreement. <br />2.
