guidelines and procedures for traffic studies. The assessment of transportation and traffic will focus on the potential <br />for implementation of the proposed project to result in a substantial increase in traffic, exceed the established level -of - <br />service standards, result in impacts on existing air traffic patterns, create traffic hazards (such as sharp curves or <br />dangerous intersections), result in inadequate emergency access, or result in inadequate parking capacity. KOA will <br />complete a traffic study documenting impacts associated with construction and operation of the proposed project. <br />KOA will take the appropriate existing traffic counts that will be used to identify project impacts. KOA will also <br />collect related project information in the vicinity of the proposed project area. Short-term impacts of construction on <br />traffic during implementation of the proposed project will be analyzed and addressed in conformance with the <br />defined construction scenario. The traffic study will be prepared in conformance with the local jurisdiction's <br />requirements. <br />Work Products <br />One (1) hard copy and one (1) electronic version in PDF of the Screen Check Technical Reports for <br />review and comment <br />One (1) hard copy and one (1) electronic version in PDF of the final Technical Reports <br />TASK 10 MEETING ATTENDANCE AND DATA COLLECTION <br />Work Efforts <br />Sapphos Environmental, Inc. will attend project -related meetings at the request of the City. Sapphos Environmental, <br />Inc. understands that these meetings will be scheduled by the City. Sapphos Environmental, Inc. will also attend <br />appropriate City Commission, City Council, and neighborhood meetings as required. Sapphos Environmental, Inc. <br />has extensive experience preparing for and facilitating city and community meetings. <br />Sapphos Environmental, Inc. will prepare a meeting MFR for each meeting attended, which will describe the meeting <br />outcome and action items as discussed during the meeting.
