INSURANCE ON FILE <br />WORK MAY PROCEED <br />UNTIL INSURANCE EXPIRES <br />A-2008-153-01 <br />CLERK OF COUNCIL <br />DATE: 2 1 2008 <br />(��jU L FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT <br />C i_,CG�.LQOtLr-)i J, CIA Y,IT,otl(Y) <br />THIS FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT, is entered into on July 8, 2008, by and <br />between WILLDAN HOMELAND SOLUTIONS, a California corporation (hereinafter <br />"Consultant"), and the City of Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal corporation <br />organized and existing under the Constitution and laws of the State of California <br />(hereinafter "City"). <br />RECITALS: <br />A. The parties entered into Agreement # A-2008-153, dated June 2, 2008, (hereinafter <br />"said Agreement") by which Consultant has provided Homeland Security training and <br />exercise programs. <br />B. In accordance with the terms and conditions of said Agreement, the parties wish to <br />amend the Scope of Services to provide additional workshops and training exercises. <br />WHEREFORE, in consideration of the covenants contained in said Agreement, and subject <br />to all the terms and conditions of said Agreement, except those amended in this First <br />Amendment to Agreement, the parties agree as follows: <br />1. Section 1, SCOPE OF SERVICES, shall be amended by amending Exhibit A, as set forth <br />in Exhibit A-1, attached hereto and incorporated by this reference. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this First Amendment to <br />Agreement on the date and year first written above. <br />AT <br />PATRICIA E.
