COMPENSATION <br />Compensation will be paid on a milestone basis as follows: <br />Milestone Payment <br />1. Completion of Improvement Plan Workshop and <br />Training and Exercise Planning Workshop $ 50,000 <br />2. Completion of all Initial Planning Conferences for <br />Each of the exercises in the Tabletop Exercise Series $150,000 <br />3. Delivery of the four (4) EOC Training Courses $150,000 <br />4. Delivery of Golden Guardian Mid -Planning Conference $ 32,000 <br />5. Delivery of the After Action Reports for the Tabletop <br />Exercise Series and the Forensic Mutual Aid Plan <br />Workshop $100,000 <br />6. Delivery of the After Action Reports for the Golden <br />Guardian Functional and Tabletop Exercises $ 37,671 <br />Total $519,731 <br />Additional exercises may be provided upon the mutual agreement of the parties. <br />Such additional services will be compensated as set forth in a written <br />agreement executed by the parties prior to the commencement of such <br />additional services. <br />
