',VSURANCEON; :.1 0: CDAICDBG U) A-2008-068-06-01 <br />avORKMAY PRO'z'E�, Frank Hernandez <br />UNTIL INSURAN':_ <br />3'040 <br />CLERK OF COUN(, AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT <br />nATE:�1 1 200$ <br />IS AMENDMENT, made and entered into this I st day of July, 2008, by and between the Mercy <br />House — Cold Weather Armory Program, a California non-profit corporation ("Subrecipient"), and the <br />City of Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal corporation duly organized and existing under the <br />Constitution and laws of the State of California ("City"). <br />RECITALS <br />A. The City and Subrecipient entered into that certain "Agreement Between The City of Santa Ana and <br />Mercy House — Cold Weather Armory Program for Use of Emergency Shelter Grant Funds" ("ESG <br />Agreement" dated July 1, 2008) to use $13,000.00 in ESG funding. <br />B. The parties hereto now desire to amend and increase the Grant Amount of the ESG Agreement. <br />WHEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual and respective covenants and promises hereinafter <br />contained and made, and subject to all of the terms and conditions of said ESG Agreement as hereby <br />amended, the parties hereto do hereby agree as follows: <br />1. The "Payment of Funds" section of said ESG Agreement will be increased by an <br />additional $7,245.00, for a total grant amount of $20,245.00. <br />2. Except as hereinabove modified, all of the terms and conditions of said ESG Agreement <br />remain unchanged and in full force and effect. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Amendment to said ESG Agreement <br />the date and year first above written. <br />ATTEST: <br />Patricia E.
