The City and Subrecipient entered into that certain "Agreement Between The City of Santa Ana and <br />Mercy House — Cold Weather Armory Program for Use of Emergency Shelter Grant Funds" ("ESG <br />Agreement" dated July 1, 2008) to use $13,000.00 in ESG funding. <br />B. The parties hereto now desire to amend and increase the Grant Amount of the ESG Agreement. <br />WHEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual and respective covenants and promises hereinafter <br />contained and made, and subject to all of the terms and conditions of said ESG Agreement as hereby <br />amended, the parties hereto do hereby agree as follows: <br />1. The "Payment of Funds" section of said ESG Agreement will be increased by an <br />additional $7,245.00, for a total grant amount of $20,245.00. <br />2. Except as hereinabove modified, all of the terms and conditions of said ESG Agreement <br />remain unchanged and in full force and effect. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Amendment to said ESG Agreement <br />the date and year first above written. <br />ATTEST: <br />Patricia E.
