He has prepared water feasibility studies, master plans, stormwater pollution <br />prevention plans and water quality management plans, as well as plan and profile drawings of water supply pipelines <br />and detailed designs of water supply systems using AutoCAD and Microstation software. <br />A Registered Civil Engineer, Tom earned his Master's degree in Civil Engineering at the University of Newcastle -on -Tyne, <br />England. He also holds a Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering from the University of Colorado at Boulder. <br />CEQA Support - Availability 25% <br />Bob Prasse brings more than 25 years of diverse work experience as an urban planner. His varied background includes <br />working as both an employee and consultant for small to large public jurisdictions, a regional agency, and private <br />developers. His broad experience includes extensive project management, infrastructure planning, ordinance writing, <br />securing grant funding, supervision of junior professionals and consultants, case processing, impact fee studies, and <br />CEQA compliance, including a mitigation program for the burrowing owl and other sensitive biological resources. <br />Bob holds a Masters in Urban and Regional Planning as well as a Bachelor's degree in Public Affairs from the University <br />of Southern California. <br />Danielle Griffith brings three years of successful work experience as a project planner/manager and environmental <br />analyst providing research, writing, processing and oversight of environmental planning documents for both private and <br />public clients. She has managed external project teams, worked with subconsultants to prepare technical reports and <br />analysis. Ms. Griffith also has two additional years experience as a Mitigation Monitoring Coordinator for the City of San <br />Diego Planning Department. In this role, she co -lead departmental teams, wrote and organized the Departmental <br />procedures manual, created a database of all construction projects with environmental mitigation measures, and <br />assisted in crafting new mitigation language. <br />Danielle brings three additional years working as a legal assistant and she is currently in the process of obtaining her <br />Juris Doctorate from Western State University College of Law. She also holds a Masters degree in Political Science from <br />San Diego State University and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Sonoma State University. <br />Shawn Nevill is an Assistant Project Manager who focuses on environmental compliance documentation under CEQA. <br />Since 2006, he has specialized in Environmental Impact Report processing and management for large commercial and <br />industrial projects throughout Southern California. Shawn's experience includes the preparation and management of <br />Initial Studies, Mitigated Negative Declarations, Environmental Impact Reports, and Habitat Evaluation and Acquisition <br />Negotiation (HANS) documents.
