The evaluation of PIQE's Nine Week Core Program is an ongoing system of learning, which
encourages students and families to convey their feelings about the program as well as the impact the program has
had on their lives.
Measurable outcomes will be compiled and measured from the Nine -Week Parent Involvement Education Program.
At the conclusion of the program, PIQE will conduct an evaluation to ascertain if parents were practicing what they
learned. Percentages reported will be based upon the number of evaluations collected. The outcomes will include:
a) At least 75% of the enrolled parents will graduate from the program;
b) At least 80% of parents will initiate a one parent -teacher conference regarding their child's reading and math grade
levels;
c) At least 80% of the parents will be aware of college requirements;
d) At least 80% of the parents will be better able to understand and navigate the school system; and
e) At least 80% of the parents will be better able to encourage their child/ren to pursue a university degree.
Numerical outcomes will be gathered from the parents who will attend and graduate from the Nine -Week Parent
Involvement Education Program. This information is tracked on a weekly basis by the course facilitator and includes
the number of parents that:
a) Attend each of the nine week sessions;
b) Volunteer at their children's school;
c) Have perfect attendance; and
d) Graduate.
Exhibit A-1
Page 3 of 3
