In addition, they received certification as a DBE under the California <br />Certification Program. <br />The President of the company personally manages and oversees all projects. APRMI employs a diverse group of experts <br />;that supply each and every client with all historic and prehistoric mitigation services needed for each unique project. <br />APRMI's 27 employees are fully experienced in all aspects of CEQA, NEPA, and Federal 106 requirements. The <br />company's field crews are highly skilled and most are cross -trained in both disciplines of archaeology and paleontology. <br />The field crews are extensively safety trained and work in diverse conditions, including oil production areas. The laboratory <br />and office staff has the required education, training, and analytical skills to assure excellent laboratory results. APRMI <br />specialized technical reports required for the client and lead government agencies are readable to the layperson while being <br />detail oriented for scientific research. APRMI's large laboratory and storage facility allows them to work on archaeological <br />and paleontologic collections in-house. <br />APRMI's President maintains strong connections with many California museums and is privileged to be able to access their <br />museum data base and archival collections. In addition, as a past local Planning Commissioner with a strong accounting <br />background, the President brings an added understanding to the necessary requirements that each governing agency request <br />while maintaining strong fiscal accountability and value to clients.
