Approve a Funding Analysis with a total estimated construction cost <br />of $146,500. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION <br /> <br />This project is a continuation of the construction of the Kiwanis <br />Barrier-Free Playground at Carl Thornton Park (Exhibit 1). The project <br />provides for construction of a basketball court and installation of a <br />park monument sign. <br /> <br />The Notice Inviting Bids was advertised on June 20 and 23, 2008, and bids <br />were opened on July 9, 2008.
