A total of 847 parking stalls are <br />currently provided on the subj ect site. The parcel is located within <br />the Professional (P) zoning district and has a General Plan land use <br />designation of Professional (PAO). The site is located on the northeast <br />corner of Lincoln Avenue and Seventeenth Street.
