North Park Medical Plaza currently has <br />847 parking spaces; therefore, at least 18 parking spaces (2.1 % vacancy) should be <br />available for any overflow parking needs during peak weekday and weekend conditions. <br /> <br />Based upon the existing parking survey and the and City of Santa Ana parking code, <br />approximately 356 parking spaces would be needed to accommodate the occupancy of the <br />existing and future land uses. North Park Medical Plaza currently has 847 parking spaces; <br />therefore, approximately 491 parking spaces (58% vacancy) should be available for any <br />overflow parking needs during peak weekday and weekend conditions. <br /> <br />3fA-31 <br />
