A total of 847 parking stalls are <br />currently provided on the subj ect site. The parcel is located within <br />the Professional (P) zoning district and has a General Plan land use <br />designation of Professional and Administrative Office (PAO). The site <br />is located on the northeast corner of Lincoln Avenue and Seventeenth <br />Street. Surrounding land uses include residential to the north, and <br />commercial to the south, east and west (Exhibits 1 and 2) <br /> <br />Project Description <br /> <br />The applicant is proposing to allow a professional trade school to occupy <br />portions of the existing North and South medical office buildings.
