AGREEMENTS <br />3. ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH JAMES GARTNER & <br />ASSOCIATES, ARCHITECTS, INC. <br />Recommended Action: <br />1. Authorize the Executive Director and the Agency Secretary to execute <br />the attached agreement with James Gartner & Associates, Architects, <br />Inc. in the amount of $63,700, subject to non-substantive changes <br />approved by the Executive Director and Agency General Counsel. <br />2. Approve a total budget of $72,000 to cover reimbursable expenses and <br />contingencies. <br />4. COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT FOR BUILDING REPAIRS AND FOR PEST <br />CONTROL SERVICES AT GRAND CENTRAL ARTS CENTER <br />Recommended Action: <br />Authorize the Executive Director and Agency Secretary to execute the <br />attached Cooperative Agreement with the City of Santa Ana in the amount <br />of $35,000, subject to non-substantive changes approved by the Executive <br />Director and Agency General Counsel. <br />5.
