<br />ARG frequently assists municipalities, government agencies,
<br />environmental planning consultants, developers, and private
<br />property owners in the environmental review process by preparing
<br />Historical Resource Analysis Reports to be included as part of
<br />larger environmental assessments. Identification, evaluation, and
<br />mitigation of the impacts and effect of proposed projects on historic
<br />resources is mandatory under the National Environmental Policy
<br />Act (NEPA), Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act
<br />(NHPA), and the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), as
<br />well as local planning and development guidelines.
