APPROPRIATION ADJUSTMENT ACCEPTING THE OFFICE OF <br />TRAFFIC SAFETY GRANT <br />Motion: <br />1. Adopt a resolution. <br />RESOLUTION 2008-055 - A resolution of the City Council of the City <br />of Santa Ana authorizing the City Manager and the Chief of Police to <br />execute a grant award agreement (A2008-208) with the California <br />Office of Traffic Safety <br />2. Approve an appropriation adjustment. (Requires five affirmative <br />votes <br />APPROPRIATION ADJUSTMENT NO. 09-9 -Accepting the California <br />Office of Traffic Safety, DUI Enforcement and Awareness Program <br />Grant funds in the amount of $216,583.00 into the revenue account <br />and appropriate same into the California Office of Traffic Safety, DUI <br />Enforcement and Awareness Program expenditure accounts. <br />20.B.
