We specialize in environmental documentation, natural resources management and monitoring, permitting and processing, alternatives analyses, and hazardous materials/waste assessments and remediation. As such, we maintain an international standard of operations which promotes the adoption of a process approach when developing, implementing and improving the effectiveness of a Quality Management System (QMS). This QMS is designed to continually improve performance while addressing the needs/requirements of our clients and all interested parties. Two main parts to our QMS include the Project Management Plan (PMP) and the Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) program. The PMP defines how the scope of work will be accomplished to meet project goals and objectives. The QA/QC program has been tailored to assure that the quality of professional services produced by P&D is consistent and meets professional standards as practiced by the consulting profession. A comprehensive system of planned and documented quality audits have and will continue to be performed to verify the effectiveness of the QMS. These audits will include internal audits conducted by Regional Quality Mentors and external audits performed by ISO Certified Specialists.
