Changes <br />to the codes must be adopted by the City Council as the code reviewing <br />body for City agencies and departments. <br /> <br />Pursuant to State requirements, we have reviewed the Code for each City <br />agency. The City's Code has been revised to include new positions added <br />since the last code review, and to delete positions that have been <br />eliminated or whose duties do not include making or participating In <br />governmental decisions. <br /> <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br /> <br />There is no fiscal impact associated with this action. <br /> <br /> <br />patricia E.
