Healy <br />NOTICE OF INTENT <br />TO ADOPT A MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION <br />This is to inform the general public that the City of Santa Ana proposes to adopt a Negative <br />Declaration for the following project: <br />Project Title: Harbor Medical and Retail Center Project <br />Project Description: The proposed project consists of the following: The proposed <br />project involves the construction of a 45,744 square foot, two- <br />story commercial building with retail and medical offices and a <br />surface and subterranean level parking garage to <br />accommodate 247 parking spaces on-site. Additionally, the <br />project requests to amend the zoning ordinance to allow <br />ancillary parking area in the Single-Family Residential District <br />and a Conditional Use Permit to allow eating establishments <br />within the North-Harbor Specific Plan area. <br />Project Location: 520 South Harbor Boulevard, Santa Ana, California. <br />Project Number: Conditional Use Permit 2008-23 and Zoning Ordinance <br />Amendment 2008-02. <br />Public Review Period: July 11, 2008 to July 30, 2008 <br />Hearing Date: August 11, 2008 <br />Hearing Location: City of Santa Ana Council Chambers <br />22 Civic Center Plaza <br />Santa Ana, CA 92702 <br />The Mitigated Negative Declaration and Initial Study as well as all referenced documents will <br />be available for public review at the City of Santa Ana Planning and Building Agency located <br />at 20 Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana, California.
