in accordance with 31 USC 1352. A copy of the Certificate is attached <br />hereto as Exhibit C. No funds will be released to City of Santa Ana until <br />the Certification is filed. <br />City of Santa Ana shall file a Disclosure Form at the end of each calendar <br />quarter in which there occurs any event requiring disclosure or which <br />materially affects the accuracy of any of the information contained in any <br />Disclosure Form previously filed by City of Santa Ana. City of Santa Ana <br />shall require that the language of this Certification be included in the <br />award documents for all sub-awards at all tiers and that all subcontractors <br />shall certify and disclose accordingly. <br />5. Records Inspection <br />At any time during normal business hours and as often as the City, the <br />U.S. Comptroller General and the Auditor General of the State of <br />California may deem necessary, City of Santa Ana shall make available <br />for examination all of its records with respect to all matters covered by this <br />Agreement. The City, the U.S. Comptroller General and the Auditor <br />General of the State of California shall have the authority to audit, <br />examine and make excerpts or transcripts from records, including all City <br />of Santa Ana's invoices, materials, payrolls, records of personnel, <br />conditions of employment and other data relating to all matters covered by <br />this Agreement. <br />City of Santa Ana agrees to provide any reports requested by the City <br />regarding performance of the Agreement. <br />6. Records Maintenance <br />Records, in their original form, shall be maintained in accordance with <br />requirements prescribed by the City with respect to all matters covered on <br />file for all documents specified in this Agreement. Original forms are to be <br />maintained on file for all documents specified in this Agreement. Such <br />records shall be retained for a period of five (5) years after termination of <br />this Agreement and after final disposition of all pending matters. "Pending <br />matters" include, but are not limited to, an audit, litigation or other actions <br />involving records., The City may, at its discretion, take possession of, <br />retain and audit said records. Records, in their original form pertaining to <br />matters covered by this Agreement, shall at all times be retained within the <br />County of Los Angeles unless authorization to remove them is granted in <br />writing by the City. <br />UASI Gov't PSA t g 5/07 <br />Santa Ana <br />20A-22 <br />
