ENDORSEMENT <br />This endorsement, effective 12:01 AM 05/01/2008 <br />Forms a part of policy no.: 126-0437 <br />Issued to: Paulus Engineering, Inc. <br />By: Lexington Insurance Company <br />PRIMARY WORDING/NON-CONTRIBUTORY <br />This endorsement modifies insurance under the following: <br />BLANKET- "as required by written contract" <br />COMMERCIAL GENERAL LIABILITY COVERAGE PART <br />Notwithstanding any other provision of the policy to the contrary, the insurance afforded by this policy for <br />the benefit of the Additional Insureds shall be primary insurance, but only as respect to any claims, loss or <br />liability arising out of the Named Insured's operations and any insurance maintained by the Additional <br />Insured shall be non-contributing. <br />All other terms and conditions of the policy remain the same. <br />ORM <br />LX9838 (08/05) <br />
