Large venues, such as the stadium, Bowers Museum and Santa <br />Ana Zoo, owned by the City of Santa Ana shall locate recycling <br />containers for bottles and cans in public areas where trash <br />receptacles are located, implement a plan for sorting and recycling <br />the materials collected and provide weight or cubic yardage <br />receipts for the recyclables from the receiving waste hauler, service <br />charity, recycling center or other such entity verifying that the <br />materials will not be disposed in a landfill. <br /> <br />D. Coffee houses located in the City of Santa Ana will be encouraged <br />to develop and implement a plan to recycle newspapers and <br />magazines, including the provision of containers to separate <br />recyclable paper materials from solid waste generated on site. <br /> <br />Section3. The City Council shall receive a copy of the City's annual report to <br />the California Integrated Waste Management Board, documenting the City's recycling <br />activities at large events and large venues throughout the year. <br /> <br />Section 4.
