AGMT NO. 2008-248 - Authorize the City Manager to execute all <br />required documents for the acquisition of real property located at <br />626-628 E. Santa Ana Blvd., 809% E. Santa Ana Blvd., 630 N. <br />Garfield St. and 604 N. Lacy St. from the Santa Ana Community <br />Redevelopment Agency for the amount of $373,000 plus normal <br />escrow closing costs. <br /> <br />3. Adopt a resolution. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 2008-058 - A resolution of the City Council of the City <br />of Santa Ana approving the sale of agency-owned property located at <br />626-628 E. Santa Ana Boulevard, 809 % E. Santa Ana Boulevard, 630 <br />N. Garfield Street, and 604 N.
