<br />Subsistence: 585.001day
<br />Travel Time: Customer will be advised if travel time is applicable
<br />Overtime Rates: All hours outside regularly constituted shift shall be time and one halt. Sundays and holidays shag be paid at double time. For Operating
<br />Engineers - first four (4) hours outside regular shift, and first twelve (12) hours on Saturday Is time and one her, all additional hours at double time except holidays
<br />which are at triple time. Emergency call out work' - Four (4) hour minimum for tabor and equipment
<br />Markup: Material, subcontractors, subsistence, and outside rentals (including fuel costs), will be billed cost plus sales tax where applicable, plus mark-up of 15%
<br />Boundaries of Southern California Cost Plus Rates: consists of the eleven (11) counties of Las Angeles, Inyo, Mono, Orange, Riverside. San Bernardino,
<br />Imperial, Ventura, Santa Barbara, San Luis Obispo, Kern and in addition: Richardson Rack, Santa Cruz Island, Arch Rode, San Nicholas island, Catarina Island, San
<br />Clemente Island, San Miguel Island, Santa Barbara Island, Santa Rosa Island, Anacapa Island, including ft Channel Islands Monument. Rate Scale does not
<br />include San Diego County.
