N-2025-078 <br /> INSURANCE NOT REQUIRED <br /> WORK i,UN PROCEED LICENSE AND RIGHT OF ENTRY <br /> CITY CLERK [1008 Louise St,,Santa Ana, California] <br /> DATE: APR 0 9 2023 <br /> WThis license and right of entry is dated March 18, 2025 for identification purposes.We, Robin Nakahara and Susan <br /> J�yan lbrl�l ( ) Nakahara,as the legal owners ("Owners")of the property located at Assessor Parcel Number 405-262-02, in the <br /> City of Santa Ana,County of Orange(the"Property"),do hereby grant The City of Santa Ana,a charter city and <br /> municipal corporation duly organized and existing under the Constitution and the laws of the State of California <br /> (collectively referred to as the "City"),the right to enter the Property and hereby grant to City a License and Right- <br /> of-Entry for the following purpose: <br /> Construction relating to the Bristol Street Improvement Project Ph, 3A from Civic Center Dr. to <br /> Washington Ave., which includes clearing and grubbing, removal of the existing block wall,trees, <br /> and any other items that may need to be relocated or removed to accommodate a new concrete <br /> masonry sound wall on City owned property near the westerly property line that forms the rear <br /> boundary of 1008 Louise Street,see attached EXHIBIT A. <br /> The City agrees to indemnify,defend,and hold harmless Owners from and against any and all actions,suits, claims, <br /> demands,judgments, losses,expenses,or liabilities, injuries and damages to persons and property, including <br /> death,arising out of or related to City's use of the Property or the entry by any City party on the Property, <br /> including without limitation,City's guests, invitees,or contractors.
