o C nk <br /> Mental Health& <br /> ® Wellbeing for CARS <br /> Diverse Communities CENTER FOR APPLIED RESEARCH SOLUTIONS <br /> • Native Plants& Pollinators: Educational sessions, <br /> • Art Therapy: Nature-inspired creative activities, <br /> • Movement for Wellness:Yoga,tai chi, and stretching exercises. <br /> The event,scheduled for Friday, May 16, 2025,from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m.,will include resource booths, live <br /> demonstrations, refreshments, and interactive activities. The goal is to host 300 attendees. CARS will <br /> lead coordination, marketing, and support. <br /> The event will reference as "Roosevelt Walker Community Center Open House hosts the Orange County <br /> Hope, Health & Harmony". Event marketing materials will present the following title level partner logos <br /> and marks: <br /> • OC Mental Health &Wellbeing for Diverse Communities <br /> • Center for Applied Research Solutions <br /> • Santa Ana Parks, Recreation and Community Services <br /> • City of Santa Ana <br /> • Orange County Hope, Health & Harmony event title image <br /> Partner Responsibilities: <br /> • The value of$42,500 in-kind contributions will be made up of event costs, staffing and volunteer <br /> support: <br /> o $37,500 of in-kind contributions toward implementation of the above-mentioned event: <br /> ■ Permits and Legal Requirements including Insurance <br /> ■ Catering(Food Trucks)Services <br /> ■ Event Equipment Rentals (including pagoda pop-ups,tables, chairs,staging, <br /> sound, etc.) <br /> ■ Entertainment and Educational Partners <br /> ■ Marketing and Communications Outreach, as supplied by Partner,with <br /> collaborative design and final content approval by PRCSA <br /> ■ Access to Partner advertisement, marks, and/or reference, as supplied by <br /> Partner <br /> ■ Project Identity items (including tote bags,yoga mats, aprons, etc.) <br /> ■ Marketing and Promotion (including signage and printing) <br /> o Staff support for event planning, consultation, and day-of event logistics. <br /> o CARS may provide additional partners to offer ongoing site workshops after the event <br /> o $ 5,000 of in-kind contributions will also donate PRCSA the following materials: <br /> ■ 10 garden trowels <br /> ■ 10 pruning shears <br /> ■ 10 irrigation bottles <br /> ■ 10 bags of Dr. Earth Gold Potting Soil <br /> ■ 15gal grow bag <br /> ■ 20 seed packets <br /> ■ 10 yoga mats <br />
