b. A hearing will be scheduled by the EEO Officer within thirty (30) days of <br />the date of filing of the complaint. <br />4. Notice of Hearing <br />Upon receipt of the request for hearing, the complainant and thespondent to the date <br />will be notified in writing of the hearing ten (10) calendar days <br />prior <br />of the hearing. The ten-day notice may be shortened with the written consent <br />of the parties. A decision will be issued b the Santa Ana LWIA within sixty <br />(60) days of the date of filing of the cop <br />The hearing notice shall be in writing and contain the following information: <br />a.
