A-2008-153-02 <br />WORK NAY PROCEED <br />UNTIL INSURANCE EXPIRES <br />//. c - C"Y <br />CLERK CFO 0 INU �ILSEP 2 2 2SECOND AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT <br />DATE: }Pi��V r1(2) <br />"i3rfc� THIS SECOND AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT, is entered into on September 15, , <br />wn,i Icy 2008, by and between WILLDAN HOMELAND SOLUTIONS, a California corporation <br />/ (hereinafter "Consultant"), and the City of Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal <br />corporation organized and existing under the Constitution and laws of the State of <br />California (hereinafter "City"). <br />RECITALS: <br />A. The parties entered into Agreement # A-2008-153, dated June 2, 2008, (hereinafter <br />"said Agreement") by which Consultant has provided Homeland Security training and <br />exercise programs. <br />B. In accordance with the terms and conditions of said Agreement, the parties wish to amend <br />the Scope of Services to provide additional workshops and training exercises. <br />WHEREFORE, in consideration of the covenants contained in said Agreement, and subject to <br />all the terms and conditions of said Agreement, except those amended in this Second <br />Amendment to Agreement, the parties agree as follows: <br />1. Section 1, SCOPE OF SERVICES, shall be amended by replacing Exhibit A-1, with a new <br />Exhibit A-2, attached hereto and incorporated by this reference. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Second Amendment to <br />Agreement on the date and year first written above. <br />ATTEST: <br />PATRICIA E.
