<br />CITY COUNCIL MEETING DATE: <br /> <br /> <br />CLERK OF COUNCIL USE ONLY: <br /> <br />REQUEST FOR <br />COUNCIL ACTION <br /> <br />OCTOBER 6, 2008 <br />TITLE: <br />AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT WI TH <br />REDLANDS SOFTWARE INC. <br /> <br />APPROVED <br /> <br />D As Recommended <br />D As Amended <br />D Ordinance on 1 sl Reading <br />D Ordinance on 2nd Reading <br />D Implementing Resolution <br />D Set Public Hearing For <br /> <br /> <br />CONTINUED TO <br /> <br />FILE NUMBER <br /> <br />RECOMMENDED ACTION <br /> <br />Authorize the city Manager and the Clerk of the Council to execute the <br />attached amendment to the agreement with Redlands Software Inc. to <br />provide Geographic Information System programming and technical services <br />to the Public Works Agency for an amount not-to-exceed $8,330 subject to <br />non-substantive changes approved by the City Manager and City Attorney. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION <br /> <br />On September 2, 2008 the City Council approved a new agreement with <br />Redlands Software, Inc. for Geographic Information System programming and <br />technical services.
