<br />Amendment Application No. 2008-06 <br />Conditional Use Permit No. 2008-05 <br />Variance No. 2008-04 <br />Site Plan Review No. 2008-02 <br />October 6, 2008 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />a reduction in parking and site plan review to allow Templo Calvario to <br />occupy an adjacent building and increase the sanctuary seating at 2501 <br />West Fifth Street (Exhibit A). Conditions of approval were added to <br />provide replacement parking in the event the off-site spaces are no longer <br />available, to develop a trash/maintenance plan for the off-site parking <br />facilities and to hold quarterly meetings between the church, adjacent <br />business operators and City were approved by the Planning Commission. <br />Further, the Commission approved a modification to the parking management <br />plan to reserve 12 parking spaces for use by tenants of the center on <br />Sunday's. <br /> <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br /> <br />There is no fiscal impact associated with this action. <br /> <br />(~ <br /> <br />~ M. .
