<br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT
<br />In accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act, the
<br />recommended action is exempt from further review. Categorical exemption,
<br />ER No. 2008-97, has been filed.
<br />FISCAL IMPACT
<br />The funding analysis shows a total estimated construction cost of
<br />$1,703,300, for the project (Exhibit 2). Funds are available in the
<br />Water Utility Capital Projects fund {account no. 66-579-6635).
