I D Fsca [ (Z) <br />FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT <br />N- 2006 - 114 -01 <br />Lor � THIS FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT is entered into on August 14, 2008, by <br />CKe,; r WA eal4nd between Derrick Donald Watkins ( "Instructor ") and the City of Santa Ana, charter city and <br />municipal corporation of the state of California ( "City "). <br />RECITALS: <br />A. The parties entered into that certain Agreement n- 2006 -114, dated October 25, 2006, <br />(hereinafter "said Agreement') by which Instructor has provided "Advanced Gang <br />Investigation" training for the Santa Ana Police Department (SAPD). <br />B. In accordance with the terms and conditions of said Agreement, the parties wish to increase <br />compensation to pay for additional training sessions. <br />WHEREFORE, in consideration of the covenants contained in said Agreement, and subject to all <br />the terms and conditions of said Agreement, except those amended in this First Amendment to <br />Agreement, the parties agree as follows: <br />1. Section 2, COMPENSATION, shall be amended to increase compensation by $1,000, to pay <br />for the additional training sessions as mutually agreed between Instructor and SAPD. Total <br />compensation to be provided pursuant to this agreement shall not exceed $2,500.00. <br />2. Except as hereinabove amended, all terms and conditions of said Agreement shall remain in <br />full force and effect. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this First Amendment to Agreement <br />on the date and year first written above. <br />ATTES I� <br />�r <br />PATRICIA E.
