PUBLIC HEARING -SALE OF AGENCY OWNED PROPERTY LOCATED AT <br />612, 614, 622, 714 E. SANTA ANA BLVD. AND 217, 219 S. BIRCH STREET <br />Legal notice was published in the Orange County Re iq'ster on April 23 and on <br />April 30, 2007. <br />Recommended Actions: <br />CITY COUNCIL ACTION <br />1. Approve an appropriation adjustment repaying a loan from the <br />General Fund and transferring the same to the Capital Outlay Fund, <br />and recognizing the proceeds from the sale of properties and <br />appropriating the same into the Merged Housing Set Aside Fund. <br />2. Adopt a resolution making certain findings with respect to the <br />consideration to be received by the Community Redevelopment <br />Agency pursuant to a Purchase and Sale Agreement between the <br />Agency and the City for the sale of certain properties located at 612, <br />614, 622, 714 E.
