AGREEMENT WITH CONVERSE CONSULTANTS FOR ENVIRONMENTAL <br />SERVICES <br />Recommended action approved by the Community Redevelopment and <br />Housing Commission by a vote of 4:0 (Jauregui, Turner, Yanez absent) at its <br />Regular Meeting of November 7, 2006. <br />Recommended Action: <br />Direct the Agency General Counsel to prepare and authorize the <br />Executive Director to execute a consultant services agreement with <br />Converse Consultants in an amount not to exceed $75,000 with the <br />contract to terminate upon the expenditure of all funds. <br />5. ACQUISITION OF TWO VACANT PORTIONS OF 4030 WEST MCFADDEN <br />AVENUE <br />Recommended action approved by the Community Redevelopment and <br />Housing Commission by a vote of 4:0 (Jauregui, Turner, Yanez absent) at its <br />Regular Meeting of November 7, 2006. <br />Recommended Action: <br />1. Direct the Agency General Counsel to prepare and authorize the <br />Executive Director to execute an agreement for the acquisition of <br />real property and escrow instructions acquiring a surplus portion <br />of 4030 West McFadden Avenue, Santa Ana, AP# 108-601-03 for <br />the amount of $35,000 plus normal escrow and closing costs. <br />2.
