CONTRACT AWARD FOR MAIN STREET ARCHWAY SIGN AT BROADWAY <br />PLACE (PROJECT NO. 9209) <br />CITY COUNCIL ACTION <br />Recommended Action: <br />1. Award a contract to LNI Custom Manufacturing, Inc., the lowest <br />responsible bidder, in accordance with unit bid prices in the <br />estimated amount of $220,100 for manufacturing and installation of <br />the Main Street archway sign. <br />2. Approve a Funding Analysis with a total estimated construction <br />cost of $308,105. <br />3. Direct the City Attorney to prepare and authorize the City Manager <br />and the Clerk of the Council to execute a Cooperative Agreement <br />between the City of Santa Ana and the Community Redevelopment <br />Agency for the manufacturing and installation of the Main Street <br />archway sign. <br />COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY ACTION <br />Direct the Agency General Counsel to prepare and authorize the City Manager and the <br />Clerk of the Council to execute a Cooperative Agreement between the City of Santa <br />Ana and the Community Redevelopment Agency for the manufacturing and installation <br />of the Main Street archway sign. <br />CRA AGENDA 3 OCTOBER 2, 2006 <br />
