successor Grantee. The Grantor, in the event of any breach of any such covenants, shall have the <br />right to exercise all the rights and remedies and to maintain any actions at law or suits in equity or <br />other proper proceedings to enforce the curing of such breach. <br />7. The provisions of this Grant Deed shall be enforceable by the Grantor in a civil <br />action for injunction or any other available remedy against Grantee or its successors in interest. The <br />covenants and restrictions contained in this Agreement shall not benefit or be enforceable by any <br />person other than the Grantor, Grantee and their respective successors and assigns. <br />8. Neither this Grant Deed or any breach of this Grant Deed shall defeat or render <br />invalid the lien of any mortgage or deed of trust made in good faith and for value. <br />4 <br />
