Exhibit B to Affordability Restrictions on Transfer of Property <br />Form of Grant Deed to be used by Developer <br />In Connection with a Sale of a Parcel <br />To Qualified Lower Income Purchaser <br />RECORDING REQUESTED BY: <br />WHEN RECORDED MAIL TO AND SEND <br />TAX STATEMENT TO: <br />Free Recording in Accordance <br />with California Government <br />Code Section 27383 <br />GRANT DEED <br />(INCLUDING AFFORDABLE HOUSING DEED RESTRICTIONS) <br />For valuable consideration, the receipt and legal sufficiency of which is hereby <br />acknowledged, ORANGE COUNTY COMMUNITY HOUSING CORPORATION, a <br />California nonprofit public benefit corporation, (hereinafter referred to as the "Grantor"), <br />hereby grants to (hereinafter referred to as the <br />"Grantee"), that certain real property (hereinafter referred to as the "Subject Property") <br />described in Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. <br />Grantee, by acceptance and recordation of this Grant Deed, expressly accepts, <br />covenants, and agrees to be bound by and assume performance of all the applicable <br />provisions and requirements set forth in the Attachment to this Grant Deed attached <br />hereto, the provisions and requirements of which Attachment are acknowledged by the <br />Grantee to be reasonable, and which Attachment is incorporated in this Grant Deed by <br />this reference, and this grant is expressly conditioned upon the performance of such <br />provisions to be performed by the Grantee. The use for which the Subject Property is <br />intended is owner-occupied residential, and the restrictions on its use and subsequent <br />transfer are fully set forth in the Attachment to this Grant Deed, to which this Deed is <br />expressly made subject. <br />6 <br />
