PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY. <br />POLICY CONDITIONS <br />This endorsement modifies insurance under the following: <br />COMMERCIAL GENERAL LIABILITY COVERAGE PART <br />OTHER INSURANCE is amended as follows: <br />❑OTHER INSURANCE - If other valid and collectible insurance with any other insurer including any formal self- <br />insured retention programs is available to you covering a loss also covered by this Policy, other than insurance that <br />is in excess of the insurance afforded by this Policy, the insurance afforded by this Policy shall be in excess of and <br />shall not contribute with such other insurance. Nothing herein shall be construed to make this Policy subject to the <br />terms, conditions and limitations of other insurance. <br />X❑ Coverage afforded under this Policy is primary insurance and OTHER INSURANCE shall not apply as respects as <br />additional Named Insureds. <br />CANCELLATION - The following is added to the Policy: It is a condition of the Policy by this Endorsement that the <br />Policy will not be cancelled without 30 days' prior written notice to: City of Santa Ana, its officers, agents, <br />employees and volunteers, 20 Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana, CA 92701 (re: Jennifer Jurgens, 450 W 1S1 St #5, <br />Tustin, CA 92780 CP #1)_ and further, that the person(s) <br />named above are not liable for the payment of any premiums or assessments on this Policy. <br />12102 <br />SRPG876 <br />
