The 19,339 square foot, irregularly shaped parcel is <br />currently developed with a 2,100 square foot single-family residence and <br />attached two-car garage. The property is surrounded by one and two-family <br />residences to the west, south and north with the Santa Ana River to the <br />east (Exhibits 1 and 2). <br />Project Description <br />The project involves the construction of a 1,113 square foot, one-story, <br />two bedroom, one bathroom single-family residence with a 327 square foot <br />covered patio.
