The Planning Commission <br />added a condition that requires staff, the applicant, and the property <br />owner for the adjacent apartment complex to meet and develop a landscape <br />solution for screening the north and west sides of the new building <br />(Exhibit A). <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />There is no fiscal impact associated with this action. <br />J M.
