Section 421 of the Charter requires the City Manager to <br />report to the City Council quarterly on the contracts entered into under <br />his authority for information purposes. The report is required to include <br />the names of contractors and the amounts of each contract. <br />Exhibit A is a listing of all purchase orders, agreements and change <br />notices entered into between July 1 and September 30, 2008 valued between <br />the amounts of $500 and $25,000. Unless included under a blanket contract, <br />the City as a general rule does not purchase goods and services valued <br />under $500 through either a purchase order or an agreement.
