(T-Mobile) for <br />10 years with three, five-year renewal options, for the installation <br />of a cellular monopine and equipment at El Salvador Park located at <br />1825 West Civic Center Drive. <br />2) Approve an appropriation adjustment recognizing $23,040 in the Capital <br />Outlay Fund and Miscellaneous Recoveries revenue account (no. 51-01- <br />5799) and appropriating same to the Capital Outlay Park Improvements <br />Other Than Buildings expenditure account (no. 51-250-6631). <br />3) Receive and file the Categorical Exemption for Environmental Review <br />No. 2008-77. <br />BOARD OF RECREATION AND PARKS <br />At its meeting of May 28, 2008, the Board of Recreation and Parks <br />recommended to approve the lease agreement with Omnipoint Communications, <br />Inc. (T-Mobile) for the installation of a cellular monopine at E1 <br />Salvador Park, by a unanimous vote of 7:0:1. <br />DISCUSSION <br />Omnipoint Communications, Inc. (T-Mobile) is proposing to install a <br />stealth cellular antenna at El Salvador Park to improve their <br />communication reception in the area.
