5105 <br />D. Where the services to be provided under said program are rendered on property <br />owned by the primarily religious entity SUBRECIPIENT, CDBG funds may also be used for minor <br />repairs to such property which are directly related to the cost of rendering the services under said <br />program, where the cost constitutes in dollar terms only an incidental portion of the CDBG <br />expenditure for rendering the services under said program. <br />VI. PROHIBITION OE NEPOTISM <br />SUBRECIPIENT agrees not to hire or permit the hiring of any person to fill a position <br />funded through this Agreement if a member of that person'simmediate <br />of this section, the term mily is employed <br />n an <br />administrative capacity by SUBRECIPIENT. ASSIGNABILITY <br />None of the duties of, or work to be performed by, SUBRECIPIENT under this Agreement <br />shall be subcontracted or assigned to any agency, consultant, or person without the prior written <br />consent of CITY. SUBRECIPIENT must submit all subcontracts and other agreements that relate <br />to this Agreement to CITY. No subcontract or assignment shall terminate or alter the legal <br />obligations of SUBRECIPIENT pursuant to this Agreement. <br />iro <br />
